Addendum Virtual Assistant Business Plan
The purpose of this section is to give a short
overview of what to put in the addendum of a VA business plan.
In the addendum you can list all the information details
that you do not want to include in the body of the plan.
It can contain information that you don't necessarily want everybody to see, but sometimes you
might like to have this info within easy reach. For example, investors in your business may
want to access specific financial information not explained in the body of your business plan
in order to make lending decisions.
Info that you can include is the following:
- marketing plan with details of your market studies
- details of you financial plan
- business licences and permits
- legal documents
- list of your business consultants including your attorney and accountant
Tip: If you want to use your business plan to raise capital, keep a distribution
list to control all the copies that you distribute to other parties. Also include a private placement
disclaimer on the first page of your document
