About the Founders of
Be-Virtual-Assistant-Wise
Francis van Wyk and Marietjie Steyn are the founders of Be-Virtual-Assistant-Wise. Being in the corporate and business environment for many years as well as running successful virtual assistant businesses for the past couple of years, they have the skills, background, experience and knowledge to assist VAs in becoming successful.
Marietjie retired after a very successful services career and Francis took over the reins of Be Virtual Assistant Wise.
Francis holds a masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) and a masters degree in Science (M.Sc).
Before entering the
Virtual Assistant Industry in 2007, she was (for more than 10 years) a middle manager in a large corporate and industrial industry.
Francis uses her management and administration knowledge and experience to teach Virtual Assistants all the finer aspects of
running a business successfully.
In 2007 she relocated with her husband and daughter to Saudi Arabia. The magic and mystery of the Arabian Desert crept into
their blood and after a short return to South Africa in 2009, she and her family returned to the Middle East and made Doha, Qatar
their expat home. Francis is currently living in Qatar and loving it.

The Virtual Assistant industry is truly one of my passions.
One of the reasons I just LOVE being part of it, is that every time
our family relocates, I can just pack up my business, move to a country half-way across the world, unpack it again and my clients
doesn't even know I'm working with them from another country. It's just awesome!
The fact that I'm running a very successful Virtual Assistant organisation from my home office in Qatar, with 90% of my clients
based in South Africa, shows that...
Virtual Assistance is REAL, it's POSSIBLE and it's THE FUTURE of conducting business.
My goal with Be Virtual Assistant Wise is to assist and equip aspiring VAs with the right knowledge, tools and "know-how" to reach their full potential and have VA businesses they can be proud off.
