   Your video’s are very inspiring and gives one a lot of confidence to go ahead. However to be an entrepreneur is a ‘game’ you play against yourself (pretty much like golf!) and I would like to bounce the idea off potential clients (current colleagues) before I get going and make the investment. Can I be so forward and ask if you can give me an example of a question you would ask a potential client to ascertain whether they have need of a VA?? (Almost like doing a little market research before selling your product!)

     Hi Rosalie, I’m glad you enjoyed the videos.
     As an example, one question I would ask is this: “When it comes to doing your own administration (or replace admin with what you can help them with), what are those things that frustrates you the most?” A question like this, kills 2 flies in one go. It is however important that you ask this question to people who you would like to work with (potential clients) to get the answers that will really help you. Hope this helps 🙂

    Your forms and templates include contracts but you mention that they were written by a lawyer in South Africa. Do you provide templates and forms that are geared towards U.S. legalese? I just want to be sure I am purchasing something that will be what I need to create a successful business.

      Marli, thanks for the question. All the documentation and forms within the VA documentation pack are fairly standard and can be used internationally. The business contracts however do underwrite the South African legal system. This means that if any dispute ever arises, the resolution will be handled according to the SA law system. So, although the lawyer who compiled it ensured me that they can be used internationally as well, I would recommend to have a US lawyer verify the legality within the US system – especially because legal systems differ slightly from country to country. Hope that helps. 🙂
