When used properly, customer mailing lists can become the foundation of your business and can ensure numerous business leads.

It is however a pity that many virtual assistants see it as a lot of extra work instead of a valuable tool to keep in touch with past and future clients.

What is a Mailing List


It is a structured and well defined database of previous, existing and prospective clients.

Information such as names, contact numbers, e-mail addresses, postal and physical addresses are vital when compiling your list. You can also add birthday dates, anniversary dates and more personal information as you get to know your clients.


What is its Purpose


To constantly keep in touch with the people on the list.

Don't overdo it but try to send them something valuable at least once every second month.
