First of all there is a template for a Business Plan - specifically for VAs as well as a template for a SWOT analysis. Furthermore, there are templates for quotes, invoices, a letter asking for referrals, letter acceptance of work. There are also contracts that you can download such as Independent Contractor Agreement, Non-disclosure Agreement as well as Retainer Agreement.
