- Drove the implementation and evaluation of a Pilot on electronic music downloads in Steers restaurants, in order to test the market and the take-up of music downloads within the franchising market
- Conducted a comprehensive competitor analysis on the Steers Drive Thru concept. Conceptualised a revitalising strategy for the Drive Thru category.
