Virtual Office Assistance (VOA) specializes in various administrative support services which also include typing services as well as transcription from digital audio files.

With more than 20 years experience in a wide range of business areas (medical to production) as well as being in various senior administrative positions, VOA can provide you with service excellence.

VOA is also committed to making use of persons with disabilities as sub-contractors should there be a work overload. Transcription services primarily will be outsourced to persons who have a visual impairment and who are used to working with audio software. Such work is proofread by VOA staff to ensure quality and correct formatting.
